Created by 3 geeks, colleagues and friends who got hooked on big IPAs during their regular visits to the US. Back in France, they embarked on the adventure of brewing their own IPA in their garage!
Original right? Problem: they were consuming more than they were producing!!!....
A confinement later, they found a nice hideout in the center of old Antibes. A bit of DIY, some shiny stainless steel tanks, a pallet of empty cans…
Noiseless: one new beer per week, already many creations and plenty more to come!

O’Clock… Because it’s alway time for a beer !
Kevin, Quentin & Sebastien teamed up to open their brewery in 2015, when craft beer was merely a utopia in France. They created some thirst quenching beers such as the Jet Lag Pale Ale, as well as a rich range of Barrel Aged beers they call Baden Power.
Aged in barrels that used to contain Bourbon, Calvados, Rhum or Whisky, O’Clock prove that there is a world full of flavour yet to be explored in these brewing techniques and creations.

Rémi is a tall viking located in Chambery who has been running his beer bar, La Taverne de Midgard, for several years now.
Passionate about craft beer, but also fermentation in general, he started to experiment with meads at home. With surprisingly rich and dry meads showcasing various honeys, Rémi has developed his range and also started collaborating with brewers.
As running a bar and developing a meadery wasn’t enough, Rémi has recently started creating hot sauces as well!
An impressive, innovative hunk of a man with a sensitive and delicate palate… Everything leans towards delicious creations that you should try out ASAP.

With beautiful jaw dropping brewpub in Montpellier called le Réservoir, the (large) team from Sacrilège dedicate their time and space to brewing wild beers, letting nature take its rightful place in their coolships and barrels.
After cooling, their wort is transferred into is transferred into oak barrels that had been used for wine production. The beer will be fermented and aged for several years, at least 1 to 3 years.
While waiting for these superb examples of what French terroir has to offer, they also have some deliciously refreshing Saisons and Grisettes.
A beautiful brewery to look out for!
